  2. so ive worked on the silver rex today. first thought it was the waterpump that failed. turned out its blocked radiator... no i cant be bother flushing it... just want a replacement.. anyone got spare one?
  3. you just need to source yourself some speedsensors. u will need all the wiring and looms also.
  4. think anything STI is better then standard IMO
  5. you will also need the steering colomn also and the power steering line to make it fit

    vf28 Vs vf22

everyone saying the vf22 is very laggy, yeah it is compare to the vf28. in my case they are very both good turbo... in the end i would prefer the vf22 for the better top end as i dont race around cones on a parking lot events but then i would prefer a TD04 for that, which re pretty good. i got rid of my vf22 for a VF37 then got a IHI RX6 which is kinda off topic now? over all like other people are asking what your intention with your car? i had my vf22 dyno with possum link years ago and got 220kw@18psi the injectors was maxing out
  9. Shoot sorry didn't know? It didn't pick it up on the iPad

  14. yeah the bigger the better... my one was restricted to get more power with 650cc cause my MAF pipe was too small
  15. i think they are the same as V4/5 its been awhile since ive rewired this in a wagon for a mate
  16. make sure u have a matching diff. ecu and dial its pretty easy to do
  17. trademe http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/performance/fuel-systems/auction-497547291.htm $25
  18. engine: everything fits, you will also need the power steering rack and line from the v7, as for topmount make sure u get the remote clutch thingy that sits on the firewall that got the clutch pedal too unless you doing front mounts gearbox: fit, make sure u got the hubs and diff problem will accure is the brembo hopefully u got a 4/2 pots brakes already? and wheels that will fit over brembo brakes wiring/loom: fit if u got a full loom and dashboard u can do a swap conversion just have strip everything down and get the what u call it i cant remember bar that go under the dashboard modify, this way you can use all the wiring that comes with it. this is how i done mine. the other way is to merge the ecu to your existing dash wiring which isnt so hard to do but can take some time. heres how you can do it: http://www.rs25.com/forums/f128/t141937-brydon-teaches-you-merge-harness.html or you can pay someone to do it... you dont need to buy an expensive link unless you are rich enough to do so... but if you are planning to do the merge make sure u keep the OBDII plug for reflashing/tuning this is my car here but with V8STI mods http://www.rs25.com/forums/f145/t148183-spanku-v4-sti-ej207.html Sean's Gravel express:
