  1. has anyone ever done a dash converision in a earlyer model gc wrx to a version 5/6 etc? i know its possible as my flatmate earlyer this week swaped his car for a 1995 gf1 impreza with a version 5 sti dash just wondering because i like the look of the verion 5/6 interior and can get a full conversion for my version 1 gc8 loom incl howmuch of a mission is it?

  3. are the v2 sti heads any good? are the blocks forged like the RA?
  4. been trying to get more clear pictures theyre off another guy but heres another one
  5. apparently the RA heads had shim under but turns out these are shim over dissapointed

  11. i bought a vf22 the other day and the exhaust housing studs have bee grinded off theres about 10-15mm left on all 3 where abouts would i go to get these removed and replaced?

  13. i dont think you would see much of a benefit on a stock motor and ecu but hey you never know till you try lol
  14. hmm yeah i suppose i will be using stock ecu and a vf24 for now. just want to have the fabricated side of things sorted so when i upgrade to a tod06 and link ecu only need to swap turbo over etc. motors all out and easily accessable, ive got a stainless steel upipe with the flexi cut out. and a rage 2 1/2 full exhaust with v band clamps. only have a half downpipe with wastegate plumb in flange on it. will get a pic to show better but only need half a downpipe made up to my v band clamp section, exhaust was already setup for twisted turbo
  15. looking at going twisted turbo does anyone have pics of their twisted upipe? where on the upipe is best place to put a wastegate flange considering having the upipe twisted keeping in mind it will be plumbed back in. and where would i get a standard vf/td exhaust flange ?

  18. Yea some guy wanted 130$ for these lol I wasn't to sure about it thought if find out before committing and buying
  19. Would gtb bg bilsteins struts fit into a 4wd non turbo 96 Impreza if I swapped top hats?

  21. yeah those springs didnt go down well with my struts so ive changed them back to original springs. and yeah that aftermarket sway bar is on car now it was from a bg5 legacy and was exactly the same shape as the OE one i pulled out its 22mm one
  22. ive just chnaged the springs back to original springs as the dobi ones sat higher than factory... anywho i was talking about the ones scooby was selling anyone know why the wishbone style ones are shorter?. the alloy arms came with the balljoint type links and were very hard to fit to the swaybar.
