  1. I know your cars seen you parked up on Weymouth Road across the road from Russel Road! Love the yellow one!
  2. Im looking at the BC Golds through hyper so i can get the spring rates up\'d and the valves redone to matched! trying to get to the 8/10kg mark make it nice and solid, my teins were at 6kg and they where to soft for me, i would bash guards everytime i hit a hard bump, Camber arm\'s - there is a guy on here that can make them, i cant remember who it is though, he was alot cheaper than getting in a set of Whiteline arm\'s. what size tyres are you going to use on the 9.5s??? i got a pair of 225/40\'s if you want them. ones got abit of guard rub and the others pretty new looking matching pair, il let them go for $50 or 2 box\'s of Corona\'s lolz
  3. Question ? how stiff are your D2\'s?? im looking at getting new shocks now to sure what to swap to?
  4. Love this car!!! RWD dooooriiiifffttoooo good ness!
  5. lolz yeah Owen Trowbridge, theres a guy on here that makes the arm\'s i just cant remember his name, when i find it il post it up,. question, is your shock in on a angle?? doesnt look right ??
  6. ok, its easy enough to fit, look up Owen Goodbridge on FB hes got 18x9.5\'s on his BE, need camber arms for the rear as you cant get rear adjustable top hats for the BH/BE chassis as its a 2 bolt top hat, you do end up with -6 degrees of camber and yeah gonna need a 215/40 tire on it to fit, wont be legal but it will work if im correct, the legacy you pictured in the snow isnt actualy tucking tyre, its a full on poke and you can see top of the tyre in a picture in the thread you posted, Il try get some Pic\'s of Owen\'s
  7. Put car back to stock shocks, as one of the shockes need to be repaired and can be bothered trying to fix it, so ive decided to sell the Tein\'s up and move onto some BC Golds, looking to get some of the BC lows with 8/10kg springs all round, now its time to start saving for them and get all these other things on my list of To-do\'s before i start the motor build! So any one after some Tein Type Flex\'s for a BE/BH give me a yell keen to cut a good deal, new springs on the rears only need one to be rebuilt which ive been quoted $120 to get it fixed from Racelign
  8. Imo if your going a 8.5 go a 225/40 its not much stretch and is still comfortable to drive on!
  9. 4 and Rotary Nationals 2013 H1H8RZ & URAH8R by H1H8RZ, on Flickr First Pic for me in this thread, was from the 4 and Rotary Nationals this year, pretty stoked with the reaction i got to the car considering i was next to 2 Ver 8 WRX\'s and one of them was the Best Subaru winner 2 years in a row
  10. I removed 75% of the inner guards today and gave them a slight pull so i can get more low!!!!!
  11. Can vouch for this !! was dope seeing this car giving it to all the Evo\'s that Day!
  12. care to explain why? Is it able to be used on the road? or the track? or is it just for you to sit in for 400 metres? IN MY OPINION: Drag cars are a WOFT.(only for the narsosistic) And as has been pointed out.....its not even a subaru. Despite your comment about this thread being about engine bays only................I believe the intention would be to have subaru engine bays...................Not ugly skyline stuff! Tarmac is for pussies anyways.........Gravel is where you learn to drive! I dont think its a drag car? looks more like a Drift set up to me and TBH a drift vehicle takes some of the biggest thrashings a vehicle can take! Being on Rev limiter for long periods of time aint easy on any motor!
  13. Took the cover off her after a weekend at the 4 n Rotary Nationals then decided to take the 18\'s off and put the stock 16\'s back on, now on the look for some new 17\'s to daily on
  14. your after monsoons, theyre ok to find i guess just aint cheap! i got one from a wreakers for $50 and that was with a discount
  15. is it me or are those top hats on those struts been put in the wrong way???
  16. Cleaned out the guards and other annoying parts for Nationals!
  17. sweet as man its a green version 7 sedan. and application already closed on the 10th but still can enter in now but will need to pay extra surcharge of $30 for late entry which I had to pay, cheers i was lucky enough to get my entry in early enough to not pay the extra fee,
  18. Hey man, Quay St on isn\'t like the old day\'s at all, now its alot of knoobs trying to just be a bunch of irriot\'s, on the terms of Subaru Clubs I think this would be the only one around and meet up\'s are monthly, youll see more details of meets in the Auckland Area of the Forum
  19. Yeah i had to roll my guard on my leggy paper thin im running 18x8.5 35P on tein adjustables without any camber adjustment other than the front top hats, if you get the offset right on those 9\'s then you should be able to fit them, its just making sure they clear all the suspension,
  20. hey, i think this has been brought up year after year, i know im going with a couple friends as a individuals with a couple Subaru\'s
  21. It doesnt need to be changed but the Throttle body needs modifying and it would be good to have a plate that isnt a mish to make up to be able to use a v7 + STI intecooler, the Manifold is a straight fit Yeah the other arms out there are either ubber expensive or look cheap.
  22. adaptor to fit a v7 + intercooler with out changing the manifold and throttle body. a low clearance exhaust, stainless straight through. a equal length twisted twin scroll exhaust manifold that fits with the subframe. a intercooler kit that doesnt make you pull out all the fog lights and cut the bumper. piping for a flipped kit for front facing manifold. Adaptors to fit brembos front and rear. rear adjustable suspension arms just the tip of the ice burg
