Sweet. All the lines are in and adaptors and fittings done. The lines that come off the tee's to the rails are all the same length. So ya saying the feed and return lines can be any length?
Correct me if I'm wrong but when doing a split rail mod do your fuel lines need to be same length thus hindering the mounting options? I was wanting to mount to passenger strut tower but couldn't really see how I could with washer reservoir and fuel filter in that area? What pics have people got of theirs?
Just finishing up my split rail set up on the V4. At the point of mounting the rising rate. Just curious where other people have put theirs and what other peoples opinions are. Im finding it difficult to find a place. Rising rate has a gauge and car has frontmount cooler.
I've put a v5 wheel on my v4. Seems to be sitting really far back and it doesn't flick the indicator stalk back. Maybe I havnt set the clock spring correctly.
Yer it's like a 1/2 socket that fits over the big nut then like a big cylinder extension that goes over the rod. Sweet. I will suss it in weekend. Cheers.
Well my legacy was thrown out today because of a "Worn inner rack joint". Question is, how can I tell it's worn? What's the tell tale signs it's worn? Also is there any info on here regarding how to replace the bastard of a thing?
Yup it was a clutch I had lying round and matching release bearing. We may have bent a few fins but we were pretty careful generally. Either way I'm going to have to drop box so it will all come out in the wash then...kinda gutting really, to get that far and for it to do this.
Put me motor in the v4 lastnight/early morning. All bolted up lala. More clutch fork to engage release bearing into cover plate...no love! Doesn't grab the cover plate and just pulls right out. Any ideas why? Ring clip is on the back of cover plate, fork is right way round. Stumped.
