Thanks pappu but it seems to be duin the same thing on 2 diffrent solinoids both stock. Im wondering if i did somthing wrong when i sprayed brake disc cleaner down the line to clean it as thats when it the car started feeln like this

Il check that today. And i never changed the line with the restrictir pill i just gave that a clean out with brake fluid cleaner. Like my explaining might be rubbiah boost will come on nice and feel good but will start to dies off so by 5000rev its just motor noise

hey all i hav a werid issue with my car (again) after the miss i use to have i changed bov all vaccum lines boost controler and coils. this actually slowed my car down considerably like going from 14psi to 10psi ( i say this as in feeling i have no guage to back this up) anyway it does hold boost but it just wont hold there is just nothing there after 5000revs iv checked what seems to be everywhere for leaks even putting my old stuff back on i just cant seem to get the power i use to have to come back.. very odd car is a completly stock v7 sti

ripped all the plugs out!! they look like they were running a little hot. swaped them out for a set that runs a bit colder. will be interesting to see how that goes

good question old owner did them so im guessing cheapest sh*t. i only took em out to check the gapping

by being new is about 6 months now and was done by the previous owner.. il do the upper engine clean i cant see it as having an downsides.

ok just got home from the mechanic obdII hooked up nothing at all on there so he cleared the codes (was told that was the same as a reset) im guessing its not back to the drawing board my next plan is to change all the plugs

getting a scan tomoro hopfully steer me in the right direction. will keep you posted

dunno once i felt the miss i backed off so i wouldnt know i only boost when warm so thats really all id know im just saying the car is jerky as hell when cold other than this driving is mint!! is a full reset connecting the black and the green connectors?

yeah made no diffrence all 4 were 0.8...will go see my mechanic tomorow see what he thinks

Plugs were only done very recently. Just to add the car can be quite jerky when i lightly accelerate. Shakey as hell when warming up
