Hi guys, anyone no if factory tmic can be recored? Hate the site of bent fins and just general ugliness! If so what sort of costs involved and who would do it? Also decent oil coolers and radiators. Was after but a considerable while after the BOV was fitted. My bad, it is a rubber grommet but I couldn\'t think of the right word at the time :-[ So where do I get said grommet please? And to clean it out and change it I apparently need to depressurize the coolant system? How do I do this (I know, real noob question but I\'m trying to learn the practical side of things lol )

LOL!! Thanks Sly Car runs perfectly other than this issue. Vacuum hoses were replaced with silicon ones and are a very tight fit! Did the plugs, reset ECU last night and seems to be running good Other info that might be helpful, car has been fitted with HKS SSQV IV. The plastic filter bit that comes with this broke but was rangied back together and I can\'t hear/feel any air escaping from it. Have blocked the hose but maybe I should get a decent blanking plug? Also where can I get the gasket for the idle control valve? Found a post on SLi that says this gets gummed up from oil vapor and replacing the gasket can help. Will a catch can help prevent this in the future? Many thanks for all the help guys

Ok, pulled AFM plug and put back in. Joined black plugs under dash- do I need to join the green ones? The check engine light flashed but didn\'t seem to be in any sort of sequence...sooo confusded lol

Sorry! Cel?? I know afm but not the other abbreviations. Boost gauge is an autotechnica digital one and is reading -12 at start up. I know it should show -14 but whaddya do? Seems to read positive boost fine. Checked filter and ensured cold air box is properely sealed

Cars idling is REALLY f@$%ed! Will idle normally and slowly start dropping all the way to about 200rpm Opinions and any ideas on cost to repair would be much appreciated
