Used my GT30 to tow a mates GT back to his house

My GT30 towbar is only rated for 1200kg braked so I wonder how much extra steel they put into yours? have been using it a bit for towing lately whilst rennovating the old mans place and it pulls up the big hills with a tandem axle trailer with no problems. When does it become a good idea to fit a trans cooler? or is that only required if you tow heavy loads etc regulary.

Any updates?.

I have only heard good things about those Adrenalin r mufflers. I will eventually get one myself as my rear muffler is rusty as fuck.

I consistantly get around 11L per 100km in my 02 gt30 and this is with two ladders on the roofracks and a boot full of gear and I always use bp98

I thought it was legal to have no side mirrors if your car was over a certain age? My old eb civic had no mirrors and it never got picked up on.

I thought the h6 where chain driven

I now have a nice and dry boot hatch thanks to this method cheers!!

Hey guys long time reader first time poster here and I was wondering what sort of prices people would expect to pay to get their sparkplugs changed on a 2002 six cylinder legacy (ez30?), I have had an estimate of over $400 for platnium plugs from one mechanic and was wondering if this is reasonable or if the mechanic is just being greedy. cheers everyone
