  1. well i\'ll differently consider it b42000 just waiting on repair funds
  2. yeah if you don\'t mind paying the extra $68, then all good!
  3. what prices are we looking at b42000?? a run of the mill hd exceedy clutch though work is still over 700 which is abit step, there are d1racing 6 pucks on tm for $599 which seems like a way better deal and i\'m sure they are better than a hd being 6puck??
  4. that isn\'t the one on the shore? injector tech charges $30 to clean / flow test
  5. effectively you just need to change the rear hangers to suit on the muffler, the mid pipe bolts up but the hangers are in the wrong place, don\'t worry about this tho as it isn\'t putting pressure on much haha my bg5 has a 3" wrx exhaust on it
  6. just unplug each injector when the engines running and see if the idle changes or cuts out, if it doesn\'t then that\'s your broken injector, this is what I did haha
  7. is there any fabrication work to be done when fitting to the b4 marky?? i\'m guessing there could be abit, where do I buy the silicon ic hoses as well??
  8. give it a try tomorrow when its light, cheers
  9. well i can get the back of the squab up but the front seems to be fixed some how? can\'t actually see because there is carpet covering the restrictions
  10. is it bolted to the floor at all like the front part?
  11. need to access the fuel pump and can\'t get the squabs off -.- how does one do this?
  12. Thats interesting. A 98 version 7 motor. considering they only came out in 2000. If you read it again it more or less states that it\'s out of a 98 and at some stage has been rebuilt / forged meaning to me that its just a replacement engine, the car obviously never came out with that
  13. blew my clutch the other night and am now rather stuck on choosing a new one, there is a high chance of converting it to single turbo when I take the engine out to do it, i have found a heavy duty clutch and a 6 puck clutch on trade me.. I would be doing a few launches here and there when I take it to the drags and wouldn\'t want want to be breaking it again in the short term so what is the best bet? thanks
  14. As far as i\'m aware it\'s the v5/6 that is more or less the straight swap, i\'m looking at doing the same thing when I pull my engine to do my clutch, don\'t quote me on this but the v5/6 ecu\'s appear to be more aggressive than the v7 sti\'s so if your wanting more power that could be the way to go
  15. secondary has heaps off pull just as much as a standard sti, drop it into 2nd at 80 and it pulls hard as
  16. the b4 smashed every thing just as the secondary started spooling
  17. ill get hold of some grey\'s and see what happens, it is very thirsty atm but that was to be expected, will try the old ecu and see what happens
  18. haha no that was just to see what was going on, have four yellows in there now, I think it\'s 14 and 16 psi
  19. was terrible, couldn\'t figure it out until tonight when I put gull 98 e10 in my tank.. only put 10 litres in from empty but that has almost fixed the issue all together, my thoughts are that with all my mods and chipped ecu Bp or Mobil 98 wasn\'t doing a sufficient job.. plausible enough would you say?
