so can the ej20h actually rev to 8000 happily or did they put the 7000 rpm red line there for a reason?

only just noticed today that my chipped ecu has a raised rev limiter.. my question is when I change gears manually the car will now rev to 8000 rpm surely this is less than ideal? how ever leaving it in D it will change at the red line * 7000 rpm * as per normal.

but the vf30 spools faster and comes on boost quicker than the vf22?

no idea man but ill tell you one thing the car runs great with yellow injectors!

yes but just to let it idle haven\'t actually driven it that\'d be silly, I\'m going to get the injector checked out on tuesday

have found out one injector is a dud so it was only running on three cylinders, put a grey in there and it runs all good now ;D

yeah it seems easier to return it back to normal, might just do that

a wide band, have just seen some one else do it to the same car so figured it\'d work

all right so just put them into my bg5a gt which has a full decated exhaust, chipped ecu, b4 turbos and a split fuel rail, it now runs like shit the motor shakes bad and it doesn\'t want to rev freely, put the yellows and the ecu in at the same time so it has to be one of them..

well i\'ll get after market fuel pressure regulators cause iv\'e been looking at some for a while now, probably go with sard

so who ever it was who told me v5/6 yellow\'s are bigger than say ej20r twin turbo yellows doesn\'t know what their talking about?

looking at getting my injectors decaped and the spray patten checked.. who does this and how much roughly?

and running lean, checked my up pipe out the other day and its almost white in side, shouldn\'t it be black?

I know more fuel and timing is needed when adding more boost other wise it won\'t make a big diff
