Monthly meet is last Thursday of the month - a little way to go before then lol
But I am looking at organising a ice-cream meet on Friday night as we have Mattapo (chch person) here on Friday night, so thought it would be nice to do something.
Has anyone got a sandwich plate that I can obtain/buy by tomorrow as I need one to install my new gauges. Or can anyone tell me where I can buy one.
Cheers
Debbie
Ben and I have decided that its "not the last thursday of the month" - therefore it's just a dessert meet again at Dennys Porirua 7.45pm.
Official "club sub meets" are the last Thursday of the month - they are the ones where we go out for a meal.
Any other Thursday night is not a meal night, we may organise a dessert or a coffee meet depending on circumstances.
Epic win for McDonalds Meet
Total turnout of 23 (including Rob who joined us during his break)..........
A few new members turned up tonight (obviously McDs venue didn't deter them) - Welcome
Have just googled daylight savings start date, and its the Sunday 26th September - so we could look at this date if all you young ones are up to an hours less sleep from putting your clocks forward (lol)
You down that weekend Von???
Will keep you all posted.

Ben & I will discuss this on Thursday night and pick a weekend after daylight saving. We will probably go for a Sunday as there are some members who work on Saturday and therefore unable to make a event held on a Saturday.
Cheers

We are heading to Palmerston North to pick something up this afternoon.
We are leaving Pukerua Bay Shops at 2pm if anybody feels like a cruise up and back.
Ben (Bazza) notified.
Yeah ours was so sloppy that when I flicked it to check if it was in neutral when parking I couldn't tell if it was in gear or in neutral. When in 2nd it could have been in 4th really for all I knew. There was a huge amount of play in ours.
is the linkage the main cost or something?
Must be, we didn't have to do the linkage.... just the 4 bushes - and its awesome now. This was only done about 3 weeks ago. And yes we did the spring too - under $5 for that though
