  1. Deserves own thread. ^^^ I\'ve seen this car in person its fantastic
  2. great what is the going price for a second hand ecu? I will get two if the prices are fair My ecu has electrical issues/faulty internal parts.
  3. I wish it was that simple. My car is bone stock and I have owned it for 2 years then this happens. It only has power when the ignition is off. I think I might need a new ECU as it looks like this circuit completes a ground with ecu switching it. I\'ll look over the diagrams again to be sure. How rare is a 4 plug ej20g ecu in NZ?
  4. I had a fuse blow in my 1990 Legacy RS-RA at the end of the summer driving season. I checked to see what it was and its the fuse for the ecu backup/memory. Anyone here ever have this happen before? I\'ll sort it out in january just looking for info before I get started Thanks Kevin
  5. 2 of my rides from the last couple of years
  6. Here in Canada I can run mine on 98 but when I take it on long road trips I put it 95 and it still runs fine Change the plugs and switch it over to the newer plug in coils they work better
  7. You will save some time and effort going with a rebuilt engine vs a sti swap. I would do the single turbo conversion plus the rebuild. It will be a nice combo with that ecu
  8. these cars like good fuel ask me how I know. visual inspection of the coilpacks is straight forward. if you suspect that these might be original then its time to replace them. I have a spare set for when mine need changing
