SVX = Special Vechical Experiment or
SVX = Special Vechical 10 ( as in X being roman numeral 10 )
GSR= Grand Sport Racing?

At this years 4s&Rotors there was a Type R fitted with a nissan skyline motor? and was RWD was a satin black colour.
If i remember right the motor sat up pretty high and almost didnt clear the bonnet.
that Red WRX that lost it guts did that one still have a WRX engine or did it have something else in it?
ok maybe you can sort of work it out. see how fast you can go in 1st. most cases the reverse is lower geared so should be slower than what you did in 1st ??? :
I remember seeing police legacys like that working the roads round the southern alps.
plus also near hammer springs.
what where there actual model code? What motor did they have?
I did read in motoring section when these where new that the motor they had where hotted up a bit.
They where brought in to use in the hilly/mountain roads since they where 4WD and had better grip for the ruffer road conditions and for snow etc.
I had thought about buying 1 of these once. but thought maybe not since probley all the drifferent drivers had thrashed them
Some are SOHC and i think there mite be DOHC EJ22s?
people use the SOHC EJ22s in things like Brumbys etc. mines you dont have to cut as much out of the rails
also i think they did come in a sohc EJ22T in legacys. I dont know if they got sold here
Ive thought some guys had used the front wheel drive gearboxs in mid engined race car projects. ive even heard that the early legacy gboxs that you could swap the gears etc from something like a rs or gt in to the fwd box and even fit A Front LSD in.
Poision gas that goes off if you not in the car or a gas that makes them so sic they colasp on the ground and cant move you would get them then hehehe
Just makke sure they dont go off when your in it
I always gavered that it had been stolen and had the subaru retina vin and etc welded in.
since its reged as a 95 it wouldnt need airbags would it? would that be why it could get away with the non air bag wheel?
I think thats to much for a car that could end up very dodgy
If it had been police recovered could you get something from the police that would say it was was recovered from a police oppration and that they now have No intrest in that car or something of that nature?
then maybe take it to get revinned etc
Ok Ive got a Question. How do you tell a V8 from a V9 Sti?
Ive heard people saying they are selling a verson 9 when others say its a 8.
So Just so people know not to get ripped off how do you tell?
How could you get classic car insurance on the STI? Normally for you to be covered by that car needs to be at least 30 years old.
only drive a maxnium of 5k a year and be over 25.
Why didnt they offer a turbo coupe in 1995 then? wouldnt it been a good idea in the rallying at the time?
Or where they spending 95 and 96 getting any probs sorted out for racing in 97?
