  1. Sounds like afm issue.. is it running purple? i my have one
  2. As long as your happy with it that what matters.. I'm honestly on the fence about them. Don't think i could do it but i'm not saying they bad either just different imo Different sometimes takes some getting use to.
  3. Amber parkers is very different.. How do they look lit up? I think i'll keep the crystals over amber though makes it look like a evo3 imo. Might be alright if your user name had a evo in it lol I guess whatever you into though looks cool either way
  4. Thats funny! His bearings and Jandal has come apart.. Thats Karma for wearing socks with Jandals lol,
  5. Whoa Scooby-wrx do you even drive your car? thats one tidy underside! I run them arms in my RA had them in my gf8 as well they are about 15-20mm longer than factory the inner cv makes up for the added length... They are great good quality i've had a few secondhand sets of these in my hands and none have had any pay in the joints. Only bad side is the swaybar link box thingy is very weak, i add large washes with standard swaybar because they bend.. if you upgrade your sway bar then you will have to look to welding steel plates in it to strengthen it up, Also you have to use a 14mm nut because you can't fit a 17mm spanner in there. All the bother a side though they are worth it and do make a very noticeable difference Edit... No Cert needed only adjustable arms. They are more than just bling factor they are very high quality kit built to last:0
  6. No dccd scooby-wrx car never had dccd(non-sti ra) is running v7 6 speed not a good idea semi slicks in snow was stupid going up there but couldn't resist a photo opportunity lol.
  7. If you have some sort of miracle generic swaybar that fits all then start your own thread or pm each other about it till you come up with something worth mentioning/Reading. Sick of threads going of topic all the time with dribble. yeah he could pm price but then i thought he may have a few other people who are genuinely interested in purchasing swaybars and bit and pieces so costs may be less?
  8. Who cares lol.. Price on BSR20XXZ(24mm rear)BSF20XXZ(27mm front) KBR21-24( Rear mounting kit) billet. Pm me
  9. Intake manifold gaskets are leaking.
  10. Don't ask a question and then shoot someone down for answering it correctly.
  11. Well i just check v3sti gf8/v5 gc8 ra/95 non turbo gf8 and all have the same iron with a bracket thats bolted to the bumper iron.. Even if there where 'slight' difference between certain models bolted or spot welded brackets who cares.. the point is they will all fit from v1-v6 gc to gf you will not be able to tell the difference unless you have mirrors glued on to your shoes lol.
  12. You need a adapter to run them on v4 manifold the tgv wont fit v4 only v5/v6 heads. You use to be able to get a adapter from carl davey but he is no longer doing them but good news is you can still buy the exact same products from asperformance.. http://www.carldavey.co.uk/product.php?id=12 http://asperformance.com/ Just ask for what you after.. i got a price of 280-300nzd shipped for the conversion kit. and 200 pound shipped for rails which is quite reasonable.
  13. Meh..I like the look Gives the grill some depth imo
  14. Yeah but need to lay down a relay and airhorns are unreliable and bust easy.. not sure if i like the sound of the supertones but i guess they are loud enough to scare people lol.
  15. Shouldn't it be get it painted then put it on lol? Nice easy fix though
  16. It would be easier to get one in a v5/v6 but v3/v4 is a ***** but can be done and i have done it.
  17. Ok thats good to know as they where like new as well. i only towed the car with them in so wasn't long enough to get a feel for them. I have changed the swaybar links to ball joint type ones as i no they where worn and needed changing to match the laterial arm set i installed anyway.. maybe old links where rattling around a bit cause it seems to be a lot less noise?.I'll keep a eye on them over the next few weeks though still a bit iffy. BTW Today i fitted set of super tones
  18. I've seen it happen before. 230,000kms= rebuild will probably start with tow start if thats the case? walbros aren't bullet proof either i would still check pressure..
