Project questions

Just got my hands on a 92 leggy wagon turbo (gt s2) off TM and I\'m starting to think about what conversion project I should do.....

I was thinking along the lines of getting a wrecked late model sti or the like and swapping EVRYTHING over, more for the drags and shlts and giggles than a daily as I have my other motor for that...

Pitfalls? Integration issues? Anyone done it before? Anyone fancy helping lol

I\'ve done mainly euro conversion before so handy with a spanner

I\'d be going for a v7 Sti conversion. Couple of people done it on here I think. Loom will be the biggest bitch but if you sort it you will have a monster on your hands. Plus ecu reflashable so handy with the tuning that was the plans for my rs but will have to wait for funds lol

I\'m going for full swap including dash so no wiring headaches really.....

Looks like I\'ve found a v7 sti sedan cheap enough

idk if the dash and all will fit but if it does thats SUPER cool!!!! just gotta rewire the engine loom. you will have everything anyway so shouldn\'t be too hard

If you went for the ver8 sti onwards you would get the twin scroll turbo. This is the road I went down.

If you we\'re closer I would\'ve come and had a nosey lol let me know how it goes, if its not too much trouble I might go down the same road with my car
