oil on spark plug plugs

i went to pull my spark plug out to check the today on my 1999 non turbo bh and there was oil on the top of the plug on all of the plugs i havent come accross this before on the older model legacys and it just doesnt seem right to me.

just wanna get peoples thoughts on it before i go and buy new rocket covers seals cause to me the seals are buggered but just wanna make sure

If theres wet oil on the ceramic then the only way it could have gotten there was from leaky seals. Unless youve been VERY sloppy when filling it with oil.

Nah dude, those BH SOHCs always leak. They're shit. Get rocker cover gaskets and the 4 spark plug tube seals and silicone the tube seals in place.

Yeah usually they fill the tube completely then it starts leaking out the little breather hole in the spark plug boot.
