apologies if this is the wrong spot for this question, this is my first time posting.
my BP legacy (EJ203HPCHE) ran a bearing and I've found a replacement engine, however it's from an SG Forester (EJ203HPQAE). Does anyone know if I can bolt the EJ203HPQAE right in? As far as I'm aware they're both JDM engines and from the same phase so there shouldn't be too much of a difference? Will bolting it right in confuse my ECU?
