    I believe (have heard/read) the ECU will err on the side of caution and keep the 95 setting regardles of how many 98 fills you put in retard timing and stuff to stop detonation....

    no it will learn the new lower octane reset is advised once you get back onto pure 98 (give it 2 tanks then if you remember might be a good idea

    Yep all done after last Dyno, was spiking madly on the ol' 18/19 combo and they were leaking oil then installed AVC-r for fun to keep boost down

    we do have guidelines, and there is an emphasis on discussion before modding which is being heavily implemented now (better late than never)
