Cheers man, Yeah was looking like that could be the option as most of that engine is pretty basic so hopefully wouldn't even need the ecu as doubt there is much difference when its so mechanical. Just hard to find info everyone seems to want to swap in the big turbo motors Any suggestions on a good place to find a EJ22? funnily enough there is no rule against it, only that the car must cost less then $999 and I got the car for $200. so got some budget for a engine swap.
