Ive had mine in for almost a year no problems until recent though.the controller stil works fine still boosts fine too so I dunno could this be what causes my car to idle shit sometimes?

bump having same problem except CEL dont flash I just did a check and its there after I reset it last weekend.have a z/s controller but secondary is coming online and all the wires seem to be hooked up still

hasnt happened to me luckily but have you checked what code the CEL is throwing?

what if you vent it out the side of the front bumper? and no Im not going to do this but have seen it done

maybe but if your only doing it in first then generally the secondary seems to take a bit longer to get its ass into gear

weird it should read like 0.68 bar which is something like 10psi I think and then normally a small decrease then whatever the secondary boost is on yours. VOD will still exist but be much shorter and feel pretty mcuh non existent

sounds like the secondary aint coming in.what does the controller read?coz its in bar unfortunately

true that I didnt have a boost guage before either.you should feel the secondary kick in by 6k though you can definately feel mine kick in what happens when you go past 6k?

what was it like before you got it installed?was the secondary coming on?

If your not going over 5k in revs then the secondary might not have kicked in
