  2. The traction control in the autos is Really smart for what you pay, I had some fun in some mud bogs one day and it surprised me, would be perfect for the snow, Te 5 speed autos are impressive as well, some out backs come with self levelling shocks, factory tires won\'t rub either

  11. Just standard springs, looking into getting lowering springs in the new year, Because outbacks have the bigger guards and different bonnets and bumpers, I\'m hoping to get a 245/40/19 under my guards, so I get the nice big wheel and still plenty of profile on the tyre
  12. I think the shocks are longer cant remember comparing them, I\'ve got standard gt stuff in ATM and haven\'t removed the spacers and alignment is fine but if you want to go lower then I highly recommend pulling them out
  13. Just don\'t pay him what you owe, as a mechanic he should know what he\'s doing and should have replaced it, tell him you will cover costs on parts but not labour as he\'s already billed you for that! I\'m in Auckland if you want me to have a look or come with you to see this numpty ill be happy to
  14. FYI I wouldn\'t be leaving your idlers an water pump for another 100,000 kms
  15. Where in Auckland are you? Idlers are what the belt runs over
  16. That\'s c rap he didn\'t replace it as they are known to fail and it\'s not a belt just snapping its normally an idler failing and burning the belt
