It don't matter what engine you have as people said depends on everything else service etc, My gtb is running stock open deck block 190,000 kms on it and pushing 22psi through it on a vf30 never misses a beat yet you could have a fully forged block that you spent 15k on go bang within 50,000 km an only running 14 psi

nope the legacy 6 speed had different ratios than the stis the 5 speeds are still strong
