how do ya feel about replacing headgaskets? possibly you could use the 94 shortblock everything else from the 97? as long as compression etc is the same throughout models all other ways seem horrible with relooming to match the ecu from the 94

between yesterday and today took rockercover off & into dealership so i can get oem gaskets. did both rockercover gaskets, removed turbo and replace oil return pipe, found loose hose clamp making me have coolant leak. started up, starts easy, bled coolant no oil/coolant leaks now bliped throttle and i think my bov has a chipmunk in it orz

have you got part numbers for v3 heads with shim over bucket?

Got afm hooked up? Cam angle crank angle and tps hooked up? And each of them plugged in? Without afm wired in it may be a carnt to start Sent from my GT-S5570 using Tapatalk

gonna try wiring mine again on fri before work, will let ya know what goes where if mines all good, found a pic or 2 of what it should be but map sensor plug fits the afm itself ^^

whats tacho on a 3plug setup i can find it on the 4plug ecu pinouts

fitted a factory downpipe that mounts up, relise i need an oxy or exhaust temp sensor or whatever it is that goes in it. started it up, was hard to start but once running idles fine woohoo second crank starts first pop woohoo but would a pinched lower injector oring stop the fuel lines from being under pressure while key off?

im the unsocial one who doesnt turn up lol well depending on the work situation i should make jan meet

tried to start it up, not firing, remembered cam angle sensor disconnected started up with encouragement, soundss like a race car with a big hole in exhaust farken stoaked

attempted to start car, only on 2 cylinders. oops forgot to make ignitor work on waste spark

tried to start the car today, sounded like a tractor on 2 cylinders haha, gota fix ignitor and exhaust

last trick to my bg5a conversion di i need to rewire the ignitor, and do i do it before ore after the ignitor, this is for waste spark btw cheers
