Last year we stayed at Rarawa, bloody awesome spot BUT dogs are not allowed so no go this year The further you go - the less people you see (apart from Cape Reinga - awfully crowded since they built a proper road all the way up). Shortlisted Bland bay, thanks paulngui (still need to call them to confirm) and Houhora heads. It\'s a pretty sweet spot if you do go, good for kayaking and fishing if you or anyone you know has gear

Real? The ones on my BP are rubbish compared to the ones on my old Caldina. Those were good enough to clear rain, let alone mist.

Was the 10L/100km with mods? My best ever is 8.04L/100km for a 108km trip within Auckland, mostly motorway/highway; measured at the pump not trip computer. That\'s on a bone stock auto, no tune, on E10 fuel.
