yeah i replaced my with the cheap crap ones from Repco... its over due for a change its over a year now. the thing about the better ones is that it dont smell like cat piss as the cheap one do, im planning to keep my 6spd in good condition so only feed it with the best wine i can get! hehe

if u want the old subbie sounds then change the turbo to a bigger one, and the exhuast manifold. everything still bolted up

dont know if they are any slower or faster, but with a few more mods on the BG5 u can make them faster, not much go fast bits for the BP5 think they are only 145-150kw at the wheel? my mate manage to get one to get over 200kw with lots of custom work on it, including a vf37 off a ver8sti and reflashed ECU. BP5 in standard are cheaper on gas the clock display usually is the main fault with the BP5 they are still 5x100

wasnt trashing it...its my baby and pride and joy.. i spend a lot of money on this car and aint gonna try to wrap it around the pole, and remember i do associated at the local tire shop and fitted a lot good and bad tires on cars. if u wanna be a cheap then go for it!!! you will understand what i mean... just remember that cheap tires vs good tires are upto 8m to stopping point in the wet... do the math where u gonna be ended up when u need to stop AWD does not mean its full time 4wd, i run DCCD on my Coupe most of the time my car oversteers

yeah i used to use T1Rs they were as good as i expected but last a long time, then switch to F1, they were a lot better then the Toyos, my mate gave a set of DZ101 for cheap so had that for 2 days after almost spun out in the wet and hit a lamp pole, since then i went for Sportmaxx... last me for years and went through 3 or 4 track, due to crap wheel alignment that got wasted, got offered RE-010 for cheap, so thats what im using at the moment til i can get afford to get sportmaxx again

i wouldnt go new the 101 they aint that good in the wet. the F1 is 10x better i have experience with both of these tires

he seems to have a lot time on his hand and like to do things himself or at cost... rebuilding a bottom end probably cost as much as a tune doing it cheaply using 2nd hand parts, but then a 2nd hand engine is cheap enough but u dont learn anything if u alway let someone else doing it for you good luck
