    Could possibly be the earth is not connected. I had this issue with a previous car same things not working wasn\'t a Mitsubishi tho but the earth had been disconnected when installing a head unit which stopped the things you described working

    I don\'t think it came off any turbo it most likely came off some form of engine. lol
