Who can tell me about good and bad things on a 328i Coupe? Ive had enough of the whole boy racer thing.

Im not sure on the auto myself, looks lie a nice car, but, manuals use less gas and generally have a higher resale value. Warantys are a bit of a piece of mind thing really.

Yip undeclared mods normally mean good bye any insurance cover, and you get the car back bent, with no insurance. Well done going backwards into a concrete wall, you must have been doing the speed limit for that to happen : but that will probably mean they wont pay out anyway. Did the cops do you for reckless driving or whatever it is?

They must have been saving money on salaries when they employed designers for this. I still think cars peaked in the late 90s and have steadily been getting uglier since. Its like they cant think of anything else, the only cars that are bucking the trend are Holdens and thats only because they are 10 years behind anyway. The 90s were good years from the start to the finish for most manufacturers.

I was thinking of an audi or an RSB, ive had twin turbo and no the cons. I didnt realise RSBs were that popular though? Not that many in Gisborne, mainly people get round on donkeys

Any idea on the mods to get to that?

They were my thoughts too, RSb's are pretty cheap. Which will mean the other half doesnt through a tanty when I want to do some "tidying" Any idea on weight? The problem with untouched,is things are normally worn out by now.

b4 was the other idea, as you say,ill be trying to get one thats been rebuilt. Is there much difference in the cassis performance iver each model? B4slok a lot heavier and less sporty to me if that makes sense. Whats a single turbo conversion worth?

Right after my court case is sorted im contemplating one of these.Ive owned a couple of GTbs,but what I would like to know is can you get 180-200kws atw very easily from them? Please Dont tell me to buy an sti, im feeling my age and am sick of being called a boyracer.

My Sti does the same thing, let me know if a cam angle sensor fixes it. A wrecker may be the cheapest way to go??

8 months of no drama for me and this is my 4th subaru I have owned with out a pre purchase inspection. the biggest issue is non serviced and thrashed, its pretty easy to tell which ones these are IMO.

yip GC8 97 v3 sti, Thanks, how much for the sensor?

Mines a standard computer as far as I know. Ive had the car nine months now and it hasnt got any worse, but now im selling it, my brother in law is interested, I dont want to sell a problem.

My sti starts well most time sbut some times it misfires, then starts second time if that makes sense. Is this a cam angle sensor? If not any ideas what it is?

Update with new Rays sti alloys. and still for sale, bugger it.
