  6. the c in BCPR means copper .........
  7. the BKR plug isnt copper..its a resistor plug as i mentioned before... the BCPR x ES is the plug to use (x being heat range) which is copper and not much more than a bkr

a pod filter though LOL thats lame.... i dont see it making any more emissions than a air box...if anything the pod would make the car slightly leaner meaning better emmissions ??? maybe wrong though :-\ diesels are the worst for poluting the air with smoke.... that and mitsis...mitsis are sure good at smoking / smelling
  11. so if one wanted the standard gauge to work and the aftermarket to work accurately then drill a hole there and tap it? or drill it and get a fitting welded on?

a pod filter is illegal in the US ... WTF ???
  13. i thought it was about people displaying their cars that they love be it modified in the way the driver likes it..... something like that anyway
  14. might have the standard gauge sensor removed and the a/m gauge sensor in that spot... that would be an accurate spot wouldnt it?
  15. wheres the sensor mounted? that makes alot of difference to what the gauge reads
  16. id gues its because the internals are lighter or something? lighter rotating assembly ???
  17. i red in a article from steve murch once saying that he reckons the 2.0 is better for one reason...he says the 2.5s still run the same heads / ports as a 2.0 and this restricts them
  18. Changed my mind. Likely to find Hydraulic lifters if you take the cams out as that there shows a return line for a TT system that would be blank on a single turbo. good spotting ...banjo bolts there too
  19. the cat is out of the bag for sure
  20. i may be wrong but ill have a guess at it so dont quote me on it but judging by the fact it has the lines on the rocker cover it could be a v1 or v2 wrx engine?
  21. yea hopefully if i still have my whip by next year i want to have the exterior all tidied up and add a few small details to the engine bay and then i want to put mine on display ill get lotsa hate but i dont mind And fully i agree i dont hate on the rides...im not a honda man at all but there were some mint hondas in there!!!
  22. yea i guess u cant argue with the fact if its written on ur cert plate eh "RWD CONVERSION" LOL
  23. yea from what the man says u dont need a cert for removing the shafts?
  24. is drop sawing the spline or removing splines needed for leaving the shafts in?? thought u just weld center diff and remove axels? leave outer cv stubs in for wheel bearings
