Its definately the front sensor part number starts with 22641.....really dont wanna buy one from subaru as its so expensive....theres gotta be something aftermarket that will work in my car!

I have no idea what a lambda sensor is.....apparently its the air fuel ratio sensor...it sits at the top of my dump pipe by the turbo. They did try fitting one from another WRX but it didnt fit. I would out an aftermarket one in but no idea where to get one from...

Hey everyone......apparently my Version 8 STI needs a new Air fuel ratio sensor.....price I have been given for a new one from Japan is completely retarded. Does anyone have or know of anyone with a Version 8 STI that could do me a favour? I would love to swap air fuel ratio sensors to make sure that it is 100% the problem.....not going to spend ridiculous money on something if its not the problem! Any help would be great. Or if you know of any aftermarket places that have a part that would fit or someone wrecking a V8 STI ;D

Ive already got some decent suspension in her ;D Def getting a wheel alignment tho and checking the pads out etc I think i might hold off on the re-tune for now, doesnt seem like i really need it....

Yes u really should come round Koom! Next week anytime is good for me Yup it is factory with 3" from catback...... NZEFI quoted $1130 for a re-tune with the factory ECU sounds fcuking ridiculously expensive to me! $700ish for HKS re-tune......

I never even mentioned i wanted this just for a track day!! Yes i am doing a trackday but it will be my first so im not gonna be trying to beat anybody im just going to get out there and learn the ropes. As you know Koom it overboosts in 4th, 5th and 6th so i want that sorted and thought it would be a good idea to get a re-tune etc before the track day just to see what i can do with her ;D James took her into NZEFI (i think) and they said that u could do alot more tuning wise with the factory computer and to get rid of the HKS - i dont know much about these things so wanted some advice before i went and did anything......

But before i can sort that i need to figure out if i should get rid of the HKS computer or keep it!! I dont think i have bridgestones anywho haha just what the past owner had on there, gonna wait till i NEED to change them before i get some better ones.
