exhaust recomendations?

hey guys howsit going?? wondering if u guys can help me no one seems to be able to tell me str8 up wat type of exhaust system i should get, i got told by the place im getting it tuned that 2.5" down pipes for the turbos and then 3" at the extractors bak also i keep gettin lectured on the sensor in the cat, and apparently if i go after market nd i dont have a sensor or sumfn a rather the engine light would be on and i dont realy want tht, or the guy at winger said i should get a half system but then i wouldnt get much performance, am i able to just take a sensor from a standard exhaust nd put it in a new cat??

hey mate. im guessin the sensor ur talkin about is the "catalytic converter" light...

i managed to change me downpipe to a 2.5" and the light never came on. even if it did..u could always pop out the dash n remove the bulb ;D

You wouldn't want to remove the bulb, otherwise you wouldn't know if it came on for anything else.

If it's an o2 sensor, then any downpipe you get should have a hole for it to be installed into, which is a fairly easy process.

its only an exhaust temp light, just earth it out on the exhaust and it will be happy.

not sure what your talking about 3 inch at the extractors? then 2.5 inch downpipes as that doesn't make sense.

just get a rage 2.5 inch d/p and 3 inch mid and rear. cheapest combo around as they are common as.

my bad guys yea i ment 3" mid and rear and yea it was the o2 sensor, i got a mean lecture from a guy at winger bout it and i found as long as i have a cat in my next exhaust it shud be sweet, but i wud have to any way or else it wouldnt be legal so sweet
