Turbo for 02 RSK B4

I was wondering what the best option would be the best turbo option for my B4, Is it better to convert to single turbo or keep with the two-stage twin turbo with slightly larger turobs?

best not to touch it in all honesty, if you want more performance buy a bl/bp single turbo legacy or a sti impreza ver8 onwards

with my B4 2002, I have just had a turbo upgrade with the primary to a TD04 with rage pipes and full exhast and it is real quick now.Masssive change in power. No reprogramming has been done yet tho so only running 10psi boost but still runs great. Sounds awesome to. Cost were $2000 . Highly recommend .

What did you have to modify to get the TD04 in? Sounds like its worth having a look into

Why only 10psi?? I have factory setup running 14psi And thanks for the tip.. but I've decided to save up and buy an evo. lol

save little at all and buy a single turbo B4 GTB, they are lighter, faster, and bigger than a b4, no downsides!!

What did you have to modify to get the TD04 in Sounds like its worth having a look into

You can use the existing turbine housings but they need to be machined to allow for the upgraded turbo. The TD04 is a straight bolt on to the housing with no mods. Two TD04 can be installed but the main gain is with the primary as it is the main turbo that is always working. Work shop in East Tamaki called Innovate did my and the owner has a B4 twin TD04 set with 14psi boost which is why I went with it.

For optimal upgrade the secondary turbine TD04 should be installed but not necessary .

I'm running 10psi because that is what my car came standard as, need to get it sorted soon.

Yeah there is quite a bit of difference as the original turbo is just to small , I really need to get the boost up.
