How can I change Diff mount bushes out/in my BD5

So my cars stripped back and im putting my 6 speed stuff in but im wanting to change the diff bushes first as there soft nd saggy and it quite noticable when taking off. :-[

Aparently they are pressed in and out, is there any other way? ???

My cars on axle stands atm with the rear subframe in. I could pull the rear subframe out if it will make it easier. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated ;D

when i changed them in my BE5 we pulled out sub frame and used a socket to punch them out and in. c$#t of a job

try find somewhere/how to press them in with the subframe in place.

pretty sure gazzy2000 did a write up on how to do it on a BH5
