If the search worked a little better I may not have to post this.......... just saying

So, if i want to change to a 300mm (yes i know there small) momo pizza err steering wheel :

1. Can i?

2. Is it legal ( the 300 mm pizza does not come with airbag)

3. Can i get around the non air bag issue?

If your car has an Airbag THEN it must have an airbag UNLESS it has a cage,is certed,you have all the documentation for it to be a race/road car and you have a race licence, I think that is all

OR if your car is more than 14 years old you can remove the airbags if you get a LVV cert for it

Or if you have a non-airbag model like a Spec C But you also need a letter from Subaru NZ with your chassis code to show the WOF people that your car didn't come factory fitted with airbags. I didn't have any issues with my old car.

you need to get a fia approved harness, a fia approved seat and the authority card and possible the lvv cert to do it.

Did this on mine, my 2000. if any part has fia approval it costs alot more than a non approved version.
