Wheel fitment.

Flipped through the fitment thread in the suspension sub forum but didn't really find anything of use.. was wondering if some light could be shed. With coilovers what sort of widths can be tucked into the wells of a BH5? I have no issue rolling and even pulling guards a little... I'd love to can it, but I'll be going for a functional height since it's a daily and the roads here can be **** at times.

Thoughts?

45 offset with a 225 tyre can rub on the front of the rear wheels. A minor bit of rolling will make it clear fine. 215 would clear fine.

40 would rub in the rear with a 225

35 is probably going to rub & poke all round and require some effort to fit.

Thanks for the info, those offset specs in reference to an 8 inch rim?

This was my fitment on my old BH5:

18x8.5 offset +38 with 215/35/18 stretched falken tyres just rolled the backs never rubbed great fitment.

Looks slick! and those are more or less the sizes I'm shooting for too. I might try to do a bit of extra work on the guards to fit a 215/40 for that extra little bit of sidewall. But we'll see.

this is what I'm going to grab for it.. perhaps in white though. I'm torn.
