versin 8 top mount on to a forester it wont fit will pass the clutch master cyclinder it hits on blow off valve adaptor on the intercooler and hits on part of the engine with a plug on it help!! ???

YUP

cut clutch cylinder down

either move iac valve or move bov

and then the y pipe below the intercooler fouls the rear engine mount on the firewall

this has been talked about a lot

my thread seems to have dissapeared from when i dod this mod (maybe i did it pre forum crash??)

so..... how does the lid stay on the clutch master cyclinder when u cut it?

and all i will have to do is weld on that pipe how much did that cost?

did u get anymore killawatt?

you cut the bottom of the cluch resivoir (theres a write up on nasoic or scoobymods somewhere)

To get the intercooler fitted cost me $300ish, i got some other things done at the same time so don't know the exact price, they did a real good job and went over and above what was really needed but made it fit mint.

I'm pretty sure you get no "instant KW" from any intercooler upgrades, it meerly allows other upgrade (more boost etc)

ok looks like i gota spend some money then lol so they dnt sit centre?

yeah it sits centre, i had the inlet extended so that it was mint, it does fit without extending. looks the part and helps with other mods, i'd also reccomend a larger scoop and air splitter to make the most of the intercooler
