Hooked up a reversing camera to my factory Nav screen which doesn’t have a rca input for a reversing camera. A trip to Jaycar and identifying which pins to use on the back and it all works

Redid the BBOD yesterday, think I put everything back in place. ... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

A 2.5 CVT Outback will, I 100% guarantee, have an open centre diff; there's a decent chance that the car is effectively 2wd until it detects some slip anyway. I wouldn't stress about it.

Would be better if it filled out the sides of the rear bumper... but if I was going to spend that kind of money I’d look at the carbon fibre one from Japan which is moulded to the bumper 😍😊

It basically boils down to any difference makes the diffs work so they can get hot and prematurely wear. No idea what CVT’s use for centre diffs so can't comment there. Tread depth can have an impact along with brand as they aren't all made equal and some brands will run slightly wider and taller for the same claimed size. For a non performance vehicle with assumedly loose factory diffs the impact is debatable.
