I'll be driving from Auckland to Palmy on the 27/28th Dec and can go via Hamilton if that helps at all. Not 100% sure what sort of car I'll be driving at this stage (i.e. if I'll have space), but if I've got room I can help
Is it possible to install longer seatbelts in the rear of the car? The current ones are too short to use to strap in the car seat we have. Either that or extenders but don't think they're safe
Not planning to put the seat in the front, just checking how safe it is behind passengers seat vs in middle seat. Making sure the seat airbags don't pop out to protect rear passengers
Would be my first purchase if i won lotto.. buying a ticket would help. Change in wheels would be the first mod too, the stock ones are pretty ugly IMO
I put people to sleep for a living so others can cut them open, so if you want to know why your heart rate drops if they pump your abdomen full of gas when they're doing "keyhole" surgery, i can help you out. As for car knowledge, i learnt most of what i know from this forum.. so don't trust anything i say
Difference is i know i don't know much... some others don't seem to have that insight
Those are nice!
If you're getting rid of your factory rims, are they the twin or single spoke? I either need to get mine touched up, or find some in better condition (looking for single spoke)
Fair enough, is definitely an option, i can't say i found it that difficult doing it with the headlight in place (took about 2-3min), but obviously anyone can do things to suit themselves More than one way to skin a cat and all that
Interesting that yours had a few slight differences to mine, i didn't have a metal cap over the plug either, the metal cap wasn't removable and even had the directional arrow symbol on it (just like the black plug under the metal cap on yours).
Goes to show there's always the potential for slight differences even in the same models. What year was yours?
