  1. I checked this car out, before this owner bought it, its just a stock STI v3 555 V ltd running a VF23, also the front Adjusties were toast
  2. yeah I knew that lol, found out the other day! yup just a semi syn.
  3. yup, I also sell and use it in my customers cars.
  4. yup, I get mine(ELF COMP FT) from TWL, cheapest around @122.00+gst for 20L
  5. I use ELF Comp FT oil, in my track car and my Street car, seems to love hidings, I buy it in 20L lots work out @$7 litre inc gst
  6. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/subaru/engines/auction-657762414.htm
  7. It sits under your throttle body, bolted to the intake manifold. Remove Intercooler, an you will see it
  8. Yeah cause it wasn\'t at all relevant, and Im pretty sure the good ol chopper was just getting confused
  9. Yup then all those ecus ive mentioned will work. Everyone is confusing you. If your coil pack is in the middle of your intake manifold then Yup v3/v4 Does it have a 260k speedo?
  10. air intake sensor? before or after the AFM? more likely to be aftermarket, mine didnt have one so didnt need one. you shouldnt have to remove/touch the plugs to the crank/cam senors as they should be the same on both engines
  11. you can use a 1S from JDM V3 WRX ecu which is tuned and matched to a VF22,orange AFM, yellows. and rated @206kw factory. or you can use a 6S from a V3 STi which i believe has a more mild tune I used the "75" ecu from a V4 STI RA which has a nice factory aggressive tune when I did my conversion
  12. Ive done it, and yes its as simple as unbolting/unplugging everything lol no wiring needed
  13. sounds like you have a NZ new WRX, in that case Its a V3, so it will be possible to upgrade all those bits from a V3/V4 STI/RA as I have recently done the same conversion for a customer of mine,
  14. stupid to people who don\'t understand. As i said best 1000 bucks Ive ever spent. Matches my car an matches my opinion to everyday run of the mill WRX\'s That are molested by lil Fag boy racers. An in general give the subaru branding a kick in the balls
  15. difference is Sti RA\'S are built for one thing an one thing only, racing. Hence different breed In saying that this plate was the best 1000 bucks Ive ever spent. Its a head turner an people who know what my car is understands my plate.
  16. lol correction I drive A "STI RA" different Breed dont worry you and everyone else that sees me on the road raises the eyebrow lol
  17. I did the same wiring method aswell, when I went to v4 into v2 and currently run it with a G4 works a treat
  18. you going down? Im thinking of going down for the day
  19. correct, you can also buy them on their own from wingers or a genuine subaru dealer
