Yep, that's the one. Is it just a factory pipe with the reso/cat removed? I don't think my factory one is 3 inch.
Here's what my car sounds like now
How would sound in comparison to that? More raspy?
Thanks for your help and I apologise for the barrage of questions!
Do bh5 and be5 have the same length mid pipe?
Or could someone with a be5 exhaust handy measure the length from the dump pipe collected flange to the rear muffler flange in a straight line.
There\'s 76mm - 80mm and 80mm - 86mm.
I missed out on that auction on trademe. Didn\'t realised it ended in the morning.
I shouldn\'t need the joiners if this is the right hose it should fit in fine.
Is this what you use to replace the corrugated intake pipe?

I was in an identical situation last year and chose to part it out. After getting sick of it taking up the entire garage I sold it for peanuts with most of the stuff still on it.
Unless your willing to sell parts for dirt cheap expect it to take a while.
I\'ve got some, details in my Garage thread. Bypass your TB Coolant lines at the same time. There are new spacers out now for half the price, made of a new material?

You\'re write ups are awesome.
Since I\'ll have the manifold off I might as well throw some of these in and do a coolant by pass.
Do you have a link to the new ones?
Has anyone had good results from using intake manifold spacers?

I\'ve got that one. Have the matching 3 ton aluminium stands as well. I think I paid around 270 for both a few years ago.
Can\'t really fault the jack it\'s small, lightweight and works well. I still need to drive my car onto blocks to lift the front of it though. The jack has trouble clearing the lip because it doesn\'t have that much reach.
