I've got a set of bosch 1000cc ev14's that need to go into my v7 sti wagon (including swapping/recrimping connectors from denso to bosch) -- although i probably can't wait heh may do it this weekend

I'm considering this for my built v7 sti, mainly as a tuning tool to compliment the innovate EGT,wideband and oil press/temp gauges. Is this a viable alternative to the knock block for advance tuning?

I went to repco and got some oil compatible hose of similar size, cut to a bit longer than the stock one and life is much easier

That guy at window magic didn't clean my windows properly and left dusty **** under the tint, was $350 for my old v2 wrx

I've also confirmed that the td04 fitting is too small

The td05 is chinese (i think), it only needs to last until my vf30 goes for a rebuild, here's a pic

I haven't measure it mate, it's a td05 and all I can say is that the fitting from a vf30 is a step down in size

Realistically I think long term I\'d be going for what you said in option 1 (tdo5, injectors, f.pump) + bov/cai, the engine is pretty solid w/ previous owner of 8 years producing a big pile of service & maintenance receipts (no ticks/knocks/scary noises) I\'ve read mixed opinions between TMIC and FMIC and I think this\'ll be keeping the FMIC I guess I\'ll need to do some research into the wiring effort required, I\'d prefer to do the work myself + some aid from my sparky brother-in-law (albeit not auto sparky, but close enough, right?) I\'d like to pull some more power from my \'96 WRX (GC8C48D w/ Z4 ECU) but after all my research it seems I\'ll end up nowhere but the scrap yard unless I get some programmable engine management system. Obviously the ideal situation is install a Link G4 and find/have someone create a tune to install but the reality is my finances won\'t allow for a G4 right away (considering the cost could match what I paid for the car) Do I have any options other than a brand new G4? What have others used or heard of Thanks in advance!

hi all, first time poster here! long story short I can\'t live with the paint/dent damage, what do you think I\'m in for? (repair/replace?) edit: i\'ve taken a look at trademe and unfortunately I haven\'t seen any hoods around that\'ll suit my car easily, also the internet tells me that bonnet repairs are some of the worst to work with :-\ model: gc8c48d
