    Andy you'd know the answer to this. How come on gen 4s the bpv is silent? Both my bp5 and bl5 are quiet haven't heard them at all, whereas on the be/bh you could always hear them.

    May as well hijack this I'm pretty certain mine is a spec b. This is what mine looks like and a Google image of a spec b. Andy care to comment if it is or not? like.

    You need bp5 rails but even then not sure you can make them work.

    Why not just get an aftermarket ecu such as the eifil Prova etc.

    Car : 2004 Legacy BL5 Tuned 16psi, kw many Fuel : BP98/NPD 100 Fuel economy : 7.6km/L average. Mainly around town driving, if I driver it harder averages 8.6/9L 500 khs from $65 full tank usually nets me 750-800

    Nevermind did the check and my bl5 is on the list but no parts. Is it simply just a matter of waiting? Or can we be proactive and contact dealers to get them done?

    Tried checking my bp5 and bl5 shows nothing for both. But a mate has same year as mine and has them. What's the go here?

    I'd really like to throw a blow off valve on my bl5, but unsure what to go for? Are there bolt on options that fit other cars like on the be/bhs?

    My bp5 wagon was definitely fast but this just feels so damn quick in second gear. Goes so so well.
