  1. Definitely trans oil temp. I've towed lots of stuff with the auto Legacy and used my ninja sense of smell. Would suggest a trans oil temp gauge and extra cooler though.
  2. I didn't see this myself, which is good. Hope it's still worthy of posting.
  3. Waterblaster and lance for under the car is an awesome combination.
  4. can only get evidence if al is willing to take my old strut brace of his car and weight it as its no longer in my possesion...... but i cant tell you that the carbon fibre one was about half the weight of my old alloy one as for you WRXONP....you must be on crack if you think that FHI's aerospace division cant make a lighter and better strut bar than them cheap chineese ones out there......SNAP! :D :D Yes I can do that at some stage, thu or fri if I remember. I have smokn4's old alloy brace and my carbonfibre brace. Need to remove cf brace from sti and weigh it. 15 min job, but getting a round to it may take longer STI carbon fibre: 1.500kg Other nice pink and alloy: 2.245kg Weight difference: 0.995kg on a 1300kg car = SFA

  6. They should be used to seeing Subarus in that spot.
  7. It's on the same website that Tony showed you - see if you can find 'Competitor Information'. It's not that difficult.
  8. And photo of the box that the pads came in...
  9. What pads are you using? What rotors are you using? More info please.
  10. You could ask the MMC forum the same question about 400kw atw. That could be interesting too.
  11. What did you do to Adrian's scooter? You didn't run over it, did you?
  12. My GT only has an internal filter. It's big and flat and is located inside the the sump of the auto transmission. The filter pack should come will a new gasket too. From memory the fluid is about 4 litres.
  13. Ooooh! Challenge my standard TMIC! Bring it on!
  14. Hope you washed the car before you took the photo
  15. Am wondering the same. Have pencilled it in my diary in case it's going ahead.
  16. You *may* have fixed the problem. The solenoid sometimes gets sticky with not enough use so... if you noticed the shuddering and then 'tested' it some more you may have worked the stickiness out of the solenoid. *Fingers crossed*
  17. As a general rule of thumb - if the battery is 5yo+, suspect that the battery storage capacity has died.
  18. I've used Auto Airconditioning Services many times, and got good results every time.
  19. Mine needs a recharge. Will be there. Will ask if he can put tracer in it to look for the leaks.
  20. Infinite. Cause, like, it's a standing quarter mile. So I wasn't moving.
