  1. Yeah they will be, technically the only authorized Subaru "repairer" in Dunedin too. Sadly your case isn't the only one I've heard about come out of there either. Bit of a shame really. You'd expect your "trusted" repairer to give your motor vehicle the same respect you give it.
  2. Could be interesting, might have to come past and watch or will I hear you from work Clint ?
  3. Clint you got her back! Nice, all sorted? I'm running bendix heavy duty ones atm, only issues is they're noisy. Minimal dust though, so I'm not too worried.
  4. I can somewhat see what they tried to achieve but really think they missed the boat.
  5. As long as everyone was okay, I guess it could've been worse but still... ouch in all respects of the term.

    CEL Codes

Yeah I just read through that one, damnit! Nub moment and didn't use the search to it's full extent. D'oh!
  7. Anyone in Dunedin got the ability to plug into my motor vehicle and check my CEL codes? Car has been doing a few funny things lately and throwing CEL often in the morning when it's cold. Happy to come to you and offer brown beverages of your choice, even better if you can assist in the resolution of the codes. In hindsight I could just reset ECU but I'd like to know what is happening. Cheers Ryan
  8. Bought from Alex I see, very nice car mate.
  9. Damn I love that wagon!! *drool*
  10. This exactly. No issue with the colour but the neons are a bit 2 fast 2 furious.....
  11. uh...... hmm.. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/subaru/ver8/auction-499852190.htm
  12. It's very show car early 2000's sort of thing....
  13. Thanks for all of the comments guys, more cements my thoughts about it all. Hopefully going well, I may purchase it providing it drives well. Travel from Dunedin to CHCH is always fun.....
  14. Thanks for the feed back - this one is a 5spd auto also.
  15. I was wondering if it would be worth looking at a 2003 GTB Legacy, only dowhnside being it's an automatic with Tiptronic. It's at a dealer in CHCH lowered on GTB 18" wheels, HKS adjustables (certed), sports exhaust and Kit etc and looks great and tidy. I was just wondering about the AT versus a Manual... would it be that much of a difference? How does the Tip react in that era, worth looking into it a bit more or not? Cheers Ryan
  16. Yep - another one of these! My boss is looking at this http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/subaru/forester/auction-478947850.htm Just wondering if anyone knows it, anything about it and what they go like? Ignore the price he has spoken to the owner about it and has an idea. Cheers Ryan
  17. I can't make it anyway, stuck working. Damnit! Keen to catch up with you sometime Clint to have a chat about our situations haha.
