Hey so had a little bit of trouble today when i was trying to get my car out of a tight spot, as i was turning my steering wheel clicked over without turning the wheels themselves. A little drive and the worse happened the spline somewhere inside must have tore and now the steering wheel has no affect at all, i removed the steering wheel and checked the spline on that and that was fine so obviously its something further inside the column. Has anybody come across this problem before or know what the best solution would be, any help will be appreciated thanks in advance. (:

So i got in from the inside and found the problem the little rubber ball attached to the wire from the latch in the front wasnt sitting properly.. doesnt suprise me after i saw the cond of the boot

I got the latch from inside the car so boots open atm, what am i looking for from here? There seems to be no resistance from he lever in the front

Hey guys so i own a 1990 subaru legacy RS and just today my boot wont open using the lever. I have no key for the boot because i had to replace my ignition and i just use alarm to lock the doors so i havent bothered to get a new one cut. Any help will be appreciated thanks
