A/F ratio gauge

have just scored a A/F ratio gauge,

has a few wires just wondering if any one knows what the wires are(help identify wire), i know they have a power (red) , neg (black), and sender (purple) wire's but this one has 5 wires , a red, black, orange and a white one (as 1 loom coming off the back) and has a seperate white wire coming off a sep plug...

Any idea's

its a Auto Gauge Air Fuel Ratio Metre-Smoke Series one

looks like mine. the large white goes to your oxy sensor. the red and black are obvious. the rest i think are for the 'opening cermony' feature. I'll see if i can find the manual and ill post it.

sorry bro, cant seem to find it. But yeah the loner white is definatly to the o2 sensor, black is negative and red is positive. I think the orange and white are to power the other gauges. They hook up like a daisy chain so you only have to run it to the ignition and ground it once.

One will be to hook up to the lights so it dims down when they're switched on.

tried hooking it up 2day and it only worked when i hook up the orange,white and red to power???

We've got similar gauges in our rex. I'll see if I can find the fitting instructions tonight.

the orange and white wire could be for different colours on the gauge face ie orange for amber and white for white, my old boost gauge had these on them and thats what they were for

Are you sure its the multi colour model? They have one that has the black face with single colour yet still has opening ceremony.

Red - Battery +

Black - Engine ground

White - Ignition switch 12V+

Orange - Lighting circuit 12V+

Are you sure its the multi colour model? They have one that has the black face with single colour yet still has opening ceremony.

unsure which one...doent really matter tho im guessn its the single 1,
