Engine Jerking!Spark plugs Or Timing ???

Hey guys in the past couple of day's i am feeling like i have lost alot of boost and im preety sure it's not a boost leak.

Although,My Belts are making a racket when i turn the car on and stay's like that for around 20-30 minute's till the car's fully heated up.

When i drive the car it Spit's and then backfire's on gear change.

So i don't boost much.

Also when driving for some reason when dropping down gears and putting the clutch in the car seem's like its about to shut off and then Start's again.

What do you reckon my problem could be?.

1.Spark Plus?

2.Timing?..if it's timing,who's a mechanic that will get it right and sought it out for me for a good price?i need to know asap.

do you have a venting blow off valve? also impreza/legacy/foz and which year?

Check your intake plumbing and Bov for leaks.
