oil for b4

sup guys my 99 rsk b4 is up for a service.jst clicked over the 100 000km mark over weekend...firstly what sort of oil ive put nulon 10w-30 (hi tech fast flowing minera oil) was my last type of oil.but a mate gave me some penrite HPRD semi syntheic 10w-50..jst wondering what the best would be or another better oil thats on the market??

also what other bits n bons should i check seen as she just clicked over the 100thou.am in the prosess of saving for cambelt.cars auto tip tronic should i get that oil checked n changed?radiator fluid??any persific type radiator fluid

Use fully synthetic, castrol edge 5w30 or mobil 1 or something like that. Semisynthetic means mineral oil which will not stand up in turbos well.

At 100,000km you need to do cambelt, fuel filter, Air cleaner, transmission fluid/oil, coolant, brake lines, brake fluid and spark plugs - this according to Subaru service manual.
