Will i need to upgrade my brakes with my new engine?

Definitely a plus one to RBF600 fluid.. still yet to do mine when i do the whole brake setup. Whats your thoughts on the Pagid blues Chris (if thats your name ) .. always keen to try out other recommended "decent" pads..

4 Pot fronts...just rotors no need for slotted/drilled really on street car i got told when i researched plus they just chew the pads heaps faster.

TS2000 Ferodo or Bendix ultimate are decent pads

RBF660 or the motul equivelant for the brake fluid

That above combo and car will stop sweet and heaps better than the 2pot setup...

Not the expensive but will do the trick.

Cool, will the normal discs with the 4 pots be ok for track days too?

yup i run my car round hamptons and had no troubles with 4pots, the fluid and ts2000, it was a hot as day and was pushing the car hard when it was out there and didnt get any fade or issues with the brakes.

hmm.. not that I actually made it a point to note the feel of the pagids...

they will not get up to their full potential when driving on the street but will still do your normal commute braking easily. on the track, after warming them up a bit, they were rather good..

from what I gather, they are a rather soft compound, so they go easy on your rotors and hence, a shorter lifetime compared to the harder compounds..

Endless hardened Slotted rotors,endless pads and fluid. Top stuff from Prosport auto.

None better, Ask Hayden Paddon! lol. ( Stop quicker to go faster!)
