I've been keeping an eye on the avoJDM Parts website (see http://tinyurl.com/5tev2qm), waiting to pull the trigger on one of their AV panel sets with double din stereo cutout (http://tinyurl.com/65oaakm).

Good find... but sadly they don't carry the part I'm looking for.
