Bosch Ignition leads.

I went and bought a set of the motorsport high performance leads for my car but on trying to install I found out that they werent long enough on the drivers side. This is because my distributor is offset to the passenger side. There were a few other impreza's in the mechanics yard so i checked them. they were all older models, but they all had it on the centre of the manifold. Has anyone else had any problems with this? Did you just move it or did you actualy track some down?

And yes, v5 onwards have an offset coilpack

yeah thats right. the pack that suposedly covers my98-00 has all leads the same length meaning they are too short on one side. is ther another one i should be looking for??

and yeah its a 99 nz new non sti wrx.

k, its a coilpack, not a distributor. only old leones/some legacys have dizzys.

Who did you buy leads off? it sounds like they have got the pack mixed up?

They came the same from both repco and supercheap. both were labeled as 98-00 compatible. Checked the code from the book at supercheap, and they got the code from the computer at repco. They were labeled for both wrx and sti. I'm specificaly looking for blue leads so running sti ones isnt really what im after.
