pre facelift bg central locking

I have just finished installing a cheap alarm i picked up, mainly for remote central locking. By finish though, i mean everything except for the central locking part .

Am i right in assuming the drivers side door has no actuator in it? Or am i missing something? I had a look on trademe and they're pretty cheap. But thought id confirm before i wasted some moneys.

Cars that did not come with factory keyless entry do not have an actuator in the driver's door. Don't install one of those sh!tty cheap actuators, grab a genuine subaru one from a car that did have factory keyless. It'll look much better, sound better and be much more reliable.

thanks for the info, yea mine didnt come with remote central locking standard. Just the central locking where if you lock or unlock from the drivers side door the rest unlock/lock.
